The Spa of Galleraie, whose waters were known and used as a health spa since
Etruscan times, has recently been restructured . The present locale is equipped
with systems and structures for the cure of osteo-artcular, reumatic and skin
diseases and respiratory illnesses.
The waters of the Galleraie are not the only nautral underground manifestations
of the area of Radicondoli. In fact, in the area of The Galleraie, there are hot
springs and fumaroles which in ancient times, other than for health cures, were
taken advantage of to produce sulfur, alum, boron and vitriol.
