An 80 sq. mt. apartment annexed to the farm (old house) furnished in the original traditional Tuscan style, with independent entrances and courtyard, kitchen-living room, two master bedrooms and a bath with box shower. The apartment is provided with heating, telephone (only reception) satellite Tv, and outside, a small table, a beach umbrella, chairs and a barbeque. Individual parking space. The entrance to the farm has an electroically controlled gate.
